• The hiring provider (e.g., care home, hospital, or clinical trust) retains final legal accountability and ultimate responsibility for verifying worker credentials prior to shift deployment.

• It remains the sole operational and regulatory duty of the hiring provider to conduct final clinical checks, verify right-to-work documentation, and ensure the worker's clinical suitability aligns with their specific safeguarding and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

3. Automated Compliance Grading Disclaimer

• While the Flexy Health platform automatically grades candidates based on uploaded documentation, these compliance grades serve strictly as administrative indicators.
